Faces of LIHEAP – Mississippi: Shannon Thomas

Shannon Thomas of Mississippi is an army veteran who was determined to get therapy for his PTSD and to go back to school to get his degree. Over time he got behind on his energy bill. LIHEAP helped him get back on track and focus on his education and recovery.
