Winter Fuels Price Outlook: Prices Projected to Increase by 11.1%

The EIA October Winter Fuel Outlook projected that the cost of home heating would increase by 11.1% as a result of colder winter conditions. The average LIHEAP grant is projected to 38% of the cost of home heating, down from 46% in FY 2012. See Attached is the updated price table.
