Attached is a copy of the House letter sent to the House Subcommittee on Labor, HHS and Education Appropriations calling for $5.1 billion in funding for LIHEAP for FY 2014. The letter was signed by 127 members. This is going to be another difficult year for funding for all discretionary grant programs and this letter sends a strong signal of support. See Attached
