Congress Increases LIHEAP by $250 million from $3.39 billion to $3.64 billion for FY 2018

On March 22, Congress passed and the President signed the full year 2018 funding bill providing an increase for LIHEAP of $250 million from $3.39 billion to $3.64 billion, WAP of $23 million from $228 million to $251 million; funding for CSBG was left unchanged at $715 million. The bill also provides a $5 million increase for the State Energy Program, from $50 million to $55 million.
