Members of Congress submitted a letter today to Thomas Price, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services calling for HHS to release fiscal year 2018 funds for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) at the highest amount possible. The letter was signed by 95 Members of Congress including 15 republicans and 80 democrats.
