15 Governors Sign Letter Calling for funding LIHEAP at the FY 14 Senate Appropriation Committee Funding Level

15 Governors today signed a letter to the House and Senate Appropriations leadership supporting the $3.6 billion funding level provided by the Senate Appropriations Committee.
