House Passes $4.5 Billion in Supplemental LIHEAP Funds

Over the weekend the House passed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The bill includes $4.5 billion for LIHEAP (page 205), $500 million for water assistance (page 206), and $19 billion for the rental and utility assistance program (page 220).
